When you enter the above site, choose the north or south zone, and zoom in to one of the areas listed above. The control points for that area will start to show up as you zoom in. Also consult the first-time users guide page.

A plug-in will load when you first use this application. It should only take a few minutes. You may need to be logged in with administrator rights to load the plug-in for the first time (go ask your tech admin folks...happens alot in public sector networks). The IE plug-ins take less than a minute on a high speed line, the Netscape ones that about 10 minutes. There have been some problems with the auto load of plug-ins from Netscape.com, if you are experiencing such problems, go to the Autodesk Mapguide Download site.

In some browsers, if the navigation buttons are not appearing when you first enter the map application, try the 'refresh', or 'reload' browser option. This is often the case in the public sector where IT departments have disabled certain java functionality.
